Our Neighbourhood Team Leaders play a key role in achieving this goal. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic individual to support our team in delivering a holistic tenancy, property management, and neighbourhood management service. This role focuses on a 360-degree understanding of People, Property & Place within our established team. Reporting to the Regional Neighbourhood Manager, Neighbourhood Team Leaders take an operational lead in ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality neighbourhood management services in line with Group policies and procedures. We are looking for candidates passionate about advocating on behalf of people and communities. Responsibilities of Neighbourhood Team Leaders:
Recognise and respond to challenges faced by customers and communities, enabling frontline teams to deliver resilient and responsive services. Manage and lead Neighbourhood Officers and Coordinators to meet targets and promote neighbourhood wellbeing and community cohesion. Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of MSV’s Neighbourhood Strategy and Offer, providing direction and guidance aligned with MSV’s values and ethos. Lead on the efficient control and recovery of high-level rent arrears, ensuring rent income is maximised and targets are exceeded. Operate within the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards. Develop and strengthen internal and external partnerships, working collaboratively to improve the customer journey and promote interagency collaboration. Candidate Requirements:
Evidence of and commitment to ongoing professional and management development. Experience in neighbourhood management and staff management. Experience in training and developing team members to meet performance standards. Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines. Strong prioritisation and workload management skills. Customer-focused with a high standard of service provision. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner. Benefits:
