Are you a seasoned engineering professional who thrives on keeping complex plant assets running reliably,safelyand efficiently? Werelooking for anengineering asset and maintenance specialistto ensure the effective management, maintenance and operational availability for 100150 pieces of engineering plant and equipment (ranging from £5,000 to £3M in value).

Youllmanage internal technicians, externalcontractorsand the full maintenance lifecycle ensuring uptime,complianceand continuous improvement.

Whatyoullbe doing Develop and oversee asset-management strategies and maintenance schedules (using CMMS).

Monitor asset performance,reliabilityand lifecycle costs recommend improvements.

Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions when issues arise.

Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory and quality standards (e.g.

ISO 9001, 45001) .

Manage and optimise the annual maintenance budget.

Lead and support maintenance technician(s); coordinate external contractors & suppliers.

Act as key liaison between Engineering, Estates, Operations, Procurement and Quality teams .

What were looking for Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, AssetManagementor related discipline or proventrack recordin similar roles Demonstrable experience managing engineering assets and maintenance teams Experience with maintenance best practices, regulatorycomplianceand contractor management Budget management skills and familiarity with CMMS Strong ownership and accountability you drive real-world results Excellent communicator and collaborator can engage stakeholders at all levels Proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement,safetyand reliability Join us and take charge of a critical maintenance and asset-management function ensuring our engineering plantoperatesat its best, safely,sustainablyand reliably.
