What Youll Be Doing As an integral part of our IT support team, youll be the first point of contact for our clients delivering exceptional service while keeping systems running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Providing first-line support across hardware, software, and network queries Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, operating systems, and applications Monitoring and maintaining IT systems, diagnosing and resolving technical faults Setting up new user accounts and profiles, ensuring smooth onboarding Repairing or replacing components when needed, and supporting the rollout of new technology Why Join Us?
