Responsibilities
1. Engaging with senior stakeholders across business areas and technical teams to secure resources, land deliverables and manage touchpoints/dependencies
2. Ensure reporting of the project's status isplete and accurate and the reports are pitched at the right level for the variousernance forum audiences
3. Build a rightsized delivery workforce that meets the firms workforce and location strategy and where required bring in 3 rd party delivery partners to assist with specialised project delivery
4. Support the target recruitment, retention and talent management strategies within Technology
5. Own, evolve and improve programme reporting packs to enable timely, transparent and informative reporting with visiblemunication and celebration of successes"
6. Leading and support cross functional teams to deliver projects, on time, within budget and meeting the required quality,ernance and sustainability standards

Experience statements:
19. Have at least 10 years of experience working in a Finance or Corp Functions & Data Technology team.
20. Worked on or led Transformation programmes .
21. Broad technical experience with understanding of technical architectures including but not limited to the MS Azure stack.
22. Ability to understand Data Modelling & Dataernance .
23. Understanding of both Agile & Waterfall delivery Methodology .
24. Able to articulate, discuss "policies with a view to transform associated processes and systems .
25. Ability to Lead / Manage 3rd Parties including budget tracking .
26. Hands on engineering experience in one of more languages & one or more cloud platform .
27. An appreciation of engineering, Security,pliance & Service challenges
28. Experience working with solution design from end to end.
