Internal Sales Executive
Location: Camberley
Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, driving new business, and developing long-term client relationships. You’ll work closely with both new and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities and deliver tailored business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
2. Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and pipeline management
3. Use data and insights to drive customer growth and achieve sales targets
4. Develop and implement strategic plans for your accounts
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand growth
6. Plan and manage your schedule effectively to maximise results
7. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and recommendations
8. Support retention strategies by identifying and re-engaging at-risk accounts
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in Account Management or New Business Development
2. Background in FMCG or a food-related company is desirable
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability
5. Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
6. Effective time management and organisational skills
7. Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
