We are seeking an experienced and highly organised School Office Manager to join a busy and welcoming school team in Widnes. This is a full-time position offered initially on a contract basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the school office
* Manage administrative systems and office procedures
* Lead and support office staff where required
* Maintain accurate pupil records and school data
* Handle communication with parents, staff, and external agencies
* Support attendance, admissions, and reporting processes
* Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience working within a school environment is essential
* Strong working knowledge of SIMS and Arbor systems
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, proactive, and approachable manner
