Overview
Client Services Associate - Report Writer role at Schroders Personal Wealth. The position is permanent and requires producing regulated financial advice reports for clients in collaboration with Personal Wealth Advisors. Location: National. Salary: National: £27,228 - £29,951; London: £34,297 - £37,727.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that the advice and financial reports satisfy the internal requirements of Schroders Personal Wealth and external regulatory requirements.
* Follow business procedures to minimize risk. Quality check reports for self and colleagues as required.
* Able to provide and produce reports in the planning areas for the range of products the Personal Wealth Advisers give advice on.
* Carry out effective administration as required, monitoring and carrying out designated procedures accurately and promptly.
* Validate and input information onto relevant systems accurately.
* Take responsibility for incoming enquiries, requests and instructions from internal/external clients and provide timely responses.
* Carry out additional tasks as required by the line manager and participate in special tasks and projects as required.
* Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive client experience for internal and external clients.
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement ideas to improve processing methods and procedures to manage the client experience and productivity.
* Ensure the firm is not exposed to unacceptable risk or liability.
* Maintain a personal development plan and adhere to the training & competence scheme for the role.
* Demonstrate a high-performance culture and be prepared to pass professional qualifications relevant to the role as may be introduced by future legislation.
Key Competencies
* R01 and 3 additional completed exams as part of Level 4 - Diploma in Financial Planning/Regulated Financial Planning required
* Strong understanding of financial planning principles
* Genuine desire to provide a high standard of advice and service to clients
