Job Title: Full-Time Teaching Assistant Job Purpose: To support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education and helping pupils with their learning and development in a safe, inclusive environment. Main Responsibilities: * Assist the teacher in preparing lessons and classroom materials * Support pupils individually or in small groups during lessons * Help manage classroom behavior and encourage positive conduct * Provide extra help to pupils with learning difficulties or special needs * Supervise children during break times, lunchtimes, and school trips * Carry out simple administrative tasks (e.g., photocopying, filing) Key Skills & Qualities: * Good communication and teamwork skills * Patience, reliability, and a caring attitude * Basic literacy and numeracy skills * Ability to follow instructions and use initiative * Experience working with children (desirable but not always required) Working Hours: * Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, during school hours (e.g., 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM), term time only
