What you will do. Responsible for the end to end & day to day management of the project; Set direction and provide leadership to the project team including internal and partner resources. Develop strong business wide stakeholder relationships. Work collaboratively with all delivery partners (internal/external) to understand the project demand and secure resources. Collaborative Leadership of functional groups of people, internally and sometimes externally, to work together to realise the projects business benefits & launch one or more MEDIUM to LARGE projects at a time. Responsible for ideation, definition, discovery, delivery, debrief and leadership of MEDIUM to LARGE projects so that they are correctly structured with an underpinned plan Ensuring that initiatives are aligned where required with technical & business resources and progress is coordinated, risk-managed and communicated. Ensuring learnings are tracked, shared and implemented to drive a culture of continual improvement across all initiatives. Responsible for assuring & governing that budget investments allocated to the project are effectively used to deliver business outcomes. Govern and assure that the project is being delivered effectively with aligned plans, timely escalations & mitigations. Project management execution (RAID, resource, cost, scope, plan, quality, communication & partner management) in alignment with SMARTY Ways of Working Co-ordinate business to review data from numerous sources to create Post Implementation reviews for new launches and channel changes, driving root cause analysis and process improvement to eliminate issues causing customer dissatisfaction. Qualifications Extensive experience in a digital business, ideally within Go-To-Market or Business Project Management roles, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment, that works at pace. Proven experience of delivering complex outcomes using Agile project management frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, APM), with a strong focus on the customer & continuous improvement. Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills to challenge complacency. Proven experience leading diverse initiatives (legal, commercial, CX, digital transformation) and inspiring, coaching, and motivating cross-functional internal and external teams across the business and technology. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, business areas, KPIs, and priorities simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
