We are hiring Warehouse operatives to work on the Day shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire
Shift: 5 days out of 7
Hours: 07:30- 18:00
Pay rate: £13.00 including attendance bonus
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage Stack items safely and efficiently
* Pick items as per the guidelines provided.
* Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
* Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.
* Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.
* Lift heavy weights up to 20kg as required.
* Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
• Prior experience working in a similar warehouse role
