Technical & Engineering Recruiter (RPO) This role can be primarily based from our offices in either Telford or Henley-on-Thames - Hybrid Working Available The Role Were looking for an experienced and motivated Technical & Engineering Recruiter to join our growing RPO team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in technical and engineering recruitment who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions within an RPO environment. Youll manage recruitment activity across a range of technical and engineering vacancies, supporting organisations in sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, technology, logistics, energy, and industrial engineering. Working within an RPO environment, youll become an extension of our clients businesses - understanding their culture, workforce challenges, and long-term hiring needs to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
