A friendly, well-run secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a motivated graduate to join their learning support team.
You don’t need teaching experience, just a positive mindset, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping young people succeed. The school offers great mentoring and plenty of opportunities to learn on the job.
What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting students who need extra help accessing their lessons
2. Working with teachers to adapt tasks and build confidence
3. Providing small group and 1:1 support
4. Helping create a calm, structured learning environment

5. A graduate with strong communication and relationship-building skills
6. Someone proactive, warm, and keen to develop
7. A team player who wants to build classroom experience
8. A real interest in education, psychology, youth work, or SEND

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
