Job Description As a Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities will include: Maintain daily hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas Control and put away daily stock deliveries Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Assist in basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chef Clean and sanitise work surfaces, floors, and walls Empty and clean waste bins Organise and store cleaning supplies Assist with unloading delivery vehicles when necessary Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Report any faulty equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor Assist in inventory management and stock rotation Maintain a clean and tidy changing area and staff facilities Support other kitchen staff during busy periods You will be required to work every other weekend.
