As an Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the operational efficiency and profitability of depots within your region. Youll be responsible for:
1. Maximising customer experience by ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.
2. Asset management across the region, ensuring efficient sourcing and sharing of equipment.
3. Ownership of the full P&L for all depots within your region, driving cost-effective practices while boosting revenue.
4. Maintaining safety standards across depots and customer sites, fostering a safety-first culture in all aspects of operations.
