Solicitor / Conveyancer – Residential Property
Harrow | Full-time | On-site
️ 5+ years PQE
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its Residential Property team based in Harrow.
This is a great opportunity for a senior residential property lawyer who enjoys running their own caseload and is looking for a stable, long-term role within a supportive and well-structured firm.
The role
You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
️ New build matters
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders & third parties
Seeing matters through from instruction to completion
About you
️ Qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer
️ At least 5 years’ PQE in residential property
️ Confident managing your own caseload
️ Strong client-care and communication skills
️ Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
️ Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
