The team is highly ranked by multiple legal directories and works on some of the most sophisticated transactions on the market. They regularly represent sponsors and lenders across a broad range of industries. On the sponsor side, the team act for some of the largest funds in the world.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of PQE with a leading debt finance team
* Trained and retained by a top tier City law firm
* Top tier leveraged finance experience
