Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and the delivery of all actions, deadlines, and client discussions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, directors, and staff.
• Review team files to ensurepliance with legal, ethical, and statutory regulations, identifying and addressing any issues.
• Provide industry-leading insights, advice, and solutions to enhance the firm's reputation and expand the client base.
• Drive efficiency and profitability by implementing best practices and leveraging technology.
• Contribute to strategic and business planning, focusing on increasing revenue and profits.
• Hold responsibility for managing client relationships with revenue values up to £180k, e ensuring maximum value, quality, andpliance.

Key Requirements
• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent client management andmunication skills.

• Strongmercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
