The Role
Our client is looking for a Junior Analyst to join their Strategic Partners team, supporting a range of sales, client servicing, and analytical functions across the division.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting due diligence and managing data requests for small to mid-sized Strategic Partnership clients
* Supporting the Analyst team across a variety of analysis projects
* Processing leads generated from Strategic Partnership Manager events
* Assisting Strategic Partnership Managers with day-to-day account management
* Supporting Independent Review House due diligence requests
* Helping coordinate client events, maintaining the events tracker, and managing merchandise ordering and logistics
* Updating and distributing sales compliance literature
* Acting as a liaison between the Strategic Partnerships division and internal teams such as finance
* Supporting the Head of Strategic Partnerships with client communications
* Contributing to regional business development strategy meetings
* Assisting with Salesforce management
* Attending industry events and Strategic Partnership Manager activities as required
What They’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in an administration, paraplanning, or analysis role
* High proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a numerate mindset
* Excellent attention to detail and an analytical approach
* Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a collaborative team-player attitude
* A willingness to learn and pursue further professional qualifications
* High levels of integrity and organisational ability, with the capacity to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Salesforce experience
* Right to work in the United Kingdom
