Key Responsibilities: * Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage the flow of materials and products, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth operations. * Project Management Support: Assist in overseeing various projects, keeping timelines and resources on track. * Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong internal relationships across departments, promoting effective collaboration. * Raise Queries: Proactively address issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution. * IT Systems: Leverage advanced IT tools and software to track orders, manage schedules, and monitor logistics. * Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance supply chain and logistics processes, driving efficiency and cost reduction. * Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality. * Internal Relationships: Maintain a positive and assertive presence, ensuring strong relationships with internal teams. Requirements: * Experience: Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or project management is essential. * IT Proficiency: Strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Project Management Software. Experience in Microsoft Dynamic is preferred. * Strong Personality: Hardworking, confident, and assertive, with the ability to manage your tasks independently while working collaboratively. * Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain effective working relationships across departments. * Proactive: A self-starter who takes the initiative to address issues and ensure projects run smoothly. * Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep track of different priorities, and ensure things are done right the first time. * Hardworking: A driven individual who is dedicated to getting the job done, no matter the challenge. * Experience working in a Private Equity background is advantageous.
