You will play a key role in creating a positive showroom experience while supporting the wider team with administrative and customer service duties. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and professionally, offering assistance and answering queries Offer refreshments such as coffee, tea, or water to customers upon arrival Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department Provide information about products and services where appropriate Ensure brochures and marketing materials are well stocked and displayed Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organised workspace Handle emails and basic administrative tasks Perform data entry and maintain accurate records as required About you To be successful in this role, you should: Have excellent communication and customer service skills Always present a professional and friendly manner Be confident interacting with customers face-to-face and over the phone Have good organisational skills and attention to detail Be able to multitask in a busy environment Have basic IT skills Have previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential) Be able to pass a satisfactory DBS check If you enjoy working with people and want to be part of a professional and welcoming showroom environment, we would love to hear from you.
