What’s Involved?
As a Store Manager, you’ll be centre stage in our stunning, purpose‑built showrooms, helping customers bring their dream kitchens to life while building a team that’s motivated to succeed together. No kitchen industry experience? No problem! We’re looking for a blend of creativity, leadership, and a solid sales background – ideally with retail management experience. You’ll have the freedom to lead the showroom like it’s your own business, ensuring outstanding service, boosting performance, and driving sales.

Who We Are Looking For
* At least 2‑3 years of previous experience in the KBB retail industry leading a team.
* A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong leadership abilities to guide a motivated and empowered team.
* A creative mindset and flexibility to mix things up with varied working hours.
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
