I am seeking a skilled Benefits Lead on behalf of my client within the fintech sector for a 12 month fixed term contract to take ownership of the region's benefits strategy, operations, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
As the Benefits Lead for EMEA, you will manage a broad portfolio of employee benefit programmes including health, welfare and life plans, defined contribution and defined benefit pensions, and wellness initiatives. You will work closely with HR, brokers, and cross-functional teams to ensure benefits are competitive, compliant, accessible, and well-communicated.
This is a high-impact role with responsibility for annual cycles, financial stewardship, vendor management, and ongoing programme enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead the annual EMEA benefits enrolment process, including system set-up, communications, vendor preparation and relationship management.
