1. Linux Fundamentals:
o Basic understanding of Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Most noticeably:
1. RedHat based distributions (CentOS, Fedora, RHEL)
2. Debian based distributions (Ubuntu, Debian)
2. IT Support Concepts:
o Familiarity with fundamental concepts of IT support, incident management, and ticketing systems.
o Understanding of how DNS works
o Knowledge in the creation and maintenance of SSL certificates
3. Networking Basics:
o Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, as it relates to Linux system administration.
