We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing fire and security solutions provider. They are seeking an experiencedEngineer or Salesperson with experience in the fire and/ or security systems industryto support continued growth across both installation projects and maintenance contracts.
About the Role:
This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on generating new business while developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, working closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality, compliant fire and security solutions from initial survey through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing 23 accurate, high-quality quotations per day
* Achieving a £50,000 monthly sales target
* Managing your own diary, appointments, and weekly activity reporting
* Conducting site surveys, assessing client requirements, and providing expert advice
* Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with new and existing customers
* Supporting the companys growth strategy across selected market sectors
