Job Description

As the Visual Merchandiser, you'll play a pivotal role in curating an excellent customer journey within the store. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to elevate the collection in a way that's both inspiring and commercially savvy, aimed at maximising both indirect and direct customer service while driving sales performance to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
2. Analysing selling information and taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store
3. Installing window displays
4. Creating inspiring outfits and styling mannequins
5. Merchandising stock on the shop floor as per company directives
6. Supporting the sales staff with store operations
7. Setting the visual merchandising standard for the store and training the team
8. Being a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers

What You Need to Succeed:

Knowledge

9. An understanding of the latest trends, fashion and silhouettes
10. Experience working with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling
11. Experience taking informed VM actions based on commercial KPIs and sales data
12. Able to communicate in English

13. You have a strong interest in fashion, VM strategy and trends
14. You should be motivated by elevating customer experience in-store through visual outputs and direct customer service
15. You are open to learning new things and developing professionally and personally

26. You have experience managing store VM activations including window and mannequin changes, promotional set-ups and season-start layouts
27. You have experienced success in collaborating with other managers/colleagues to achieve store goals

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with a contract of 39 hours a week based in our Cos, Birmingham store. Apply by sending in your CV in English as soon as possible.
