This flexible and rewarding role starts ASAP and offers a competitive daily rate of £100 to £130 (depending on experience). Whether you're a graduate, aspiring teacher, or experienced classroom leader, this role is perfect for gaining valuable school-based experience. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with the freedom to choose the days that suit you best. You can work 5 days per week (if needed). Cover Supervisor (CS) Responsibilities: Lead a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students stay focused and on task Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain a calm, positive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour effectively and respond confidently to challenges Report any issues or safeguarding concerns to senior staff Adapt to different subject areas and school settings throughout the week Cover Supervisor Requirements: Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils as a Cover Supervisor (CS) is desirable. A degree in Education, psychology or a similar field. CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching Assistant or similar.
