06:30-14:30
14:30-22:30
What You'll Do
In this pivotal leadership role, you'll oversee day-to-day production activities, driving performance while maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safety‑focused environment. Your hands-on approach will ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and teamwork across the shift.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all manufacturing activities, ensuring strong performance across production lines.
Monitor and manage key KPIs including output, downtime, waste, and labour utilisation.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team, promoting respect, engagement, and well-being.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in production supervision within a food manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production operations, OEE, quality systems, and H&S compliance.
Confident communicator with strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
IT literate, ideally with experience in Excel and production systems.
