In our Asset Sales – Disposals Manager role, you’ll be Responsible for Amplius’ extensive disposals programme and all related disposal sales. Overseeing a team of Asset Sales Officers, you’ll be delivering outstanding sales performance, always ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced sales environment.
Salary: Up to £58,000 per year
Contract: Permanent
Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday, with 1-hour lunch)
Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as our Asset Sales – Disposals Manager:
* Delivering Amplius’ Disposals Programme, managing over 160 property sales per year via various methods.
* Leading a team of Asset Sales Officers and a Sales Co-ordinator, ensuring sales are delivered in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
* Responsible for providing accurate reporting information both internally and to our Regulator on Disposal Sales and producing reports as necessary.
* Work closely with the Head of Asset Sales advising on best practice, policy and procedure to ensure compliance with Statutory requirements and the Homes England Capital Funding Guide (CFG).
* Assist in providing accurate information for reporting on KPI’s and Business Plan targets to the internal stakeholders.
* Delivering sales in line with Board approved parameters, achieving best value for money and managing risk of income/profit loss.
* Collaborating with the Asset Optimisation Team, to identify and manage the sales pipeline sales.
Your toolkit for success
To thrive in our Asset Sales – Disposals Manager role, you’ll need:
* To possess a sound knowledge of legal regulations and requirements for selling and marketing Residential/Commercial properties, both via Open Market and Auction.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of all Affordable Home Ownership and Rental initiatives and Regulator requirements detailed within the Capital Funding Guide.
* Sound understanding of the property market, trends, property valuations and costings.
* Proven experience in delivering on KPI’s working in a fast-paced property sales environment either within a Housing Association or the commercial market.
Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers.
