The Role: We are seeking a Technical Officer to support the delivery of day‑to‑day repairs and minor projects across occupied homes. This role blends technical expertise with strong customer focus, ensuring safe, well‑maintained homes and high‑quality service delivery. You will work closely with tenants, managers and contractors, providing technical advice, overseeing works and supporting an effective responsive repairs service.
