Are you a passionate and dedicatedSEN Teaching Assistantlooking for a rewarding role in a supportive primary school? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Bolton, providing tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
About the Role:
As anSEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide1:1 and small group supportto children with SEN, adapting to their individual needs.
Assist the class teacher withgeneral TA duties, including lesson preparation and classroom management.
ImplementEHCPs (Education, Health & Care Plans)and support students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
Foster anurturing and inclusive environmentthat promotes confidence and independence.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working withchildren with SENin a school setting.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to different age groups and learning abilities.
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is desirable.
