Multiskilled Groundworkers with Dumper/Roller - Airside Project (Heathrow Airport)
McGinley Support Services is urgently recruiting Multiskilled Groundworkers with Dumper/Roller experience to join the Heathrow Airside project. This is a long-term opportunity offering excellent pay, secure employment, and the chance to work on one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure projects.
Job Details
* Start Date: ASAP (urgent due to Airside pass process)
* Duration: Long-term ongoing role
* Location: Heathrow Airport (Airside)
* Hours: To be confirmed
Pay Rates (PAYE Direct)
* Days: £18.64 per hour
* Nights: £23.30 per hour (1.25 uplift)
* Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours
Requirements for Multiskilled Groundworkers
* Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential)
* Dumper/Roller ticket (essential)
* Minimum 5 years' continuous work history (required for Airside pass)
* Preferably candidates with 5 years' continuous employment with McGinley OR through CIS/Limited Company
* Previous experience as a Groundworker / Plant Operator on large civil engineering or infrastructure projects
