We have an opportunity for a Combisafe Site Leader (Northampton & Stockholm) to join us in Northampton. You will be responsible for achieving ISC targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Working Capital by supporting major initiatives such as creating a Lean Culture, SIOP implementation, Cycle Time Improvement Plans, and Functional Transformation. The role oversees warehouse operations in the UK and Sweden, with additional responsibilities in stock planning and working capital inventory in Central Europe.
This role is 100% onsite, with 25% travel to Sweden and Germany.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Honeywell key accounts and regular customers, including price negotiations, product applications, quotes, tenders, and maintaining customer relationships.
* Upsell and cross-sell personal protective equipment based on customer needs and technical knowledge.
* Manage orders, rentals, inventory planning, product returns, purchasing, transportation issues, invoicing, and participate in site meetings.
* Provide technical support, product applications, and engineering assistance to customers.
* Supply customers with User Instructions, Technical Information sheets, drawings, and sales literature as needed (about 25% of calls).
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Education in commercial or international business.
* Extensive experience in sales or customer service, preferably in construction.
* ERP knowledge, specifically SAP B1.
* Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
