Location: Field based - (London) national, with a focus on key wholesale and foodservice accounts across the UK

Purpose of the Role
To drive Spraga's growth across wholesale, RTM and foodservice channels by securing new customers, developing strategic partnerships and driving sell-through through distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow Spraga distribution across wholesale, RTM and foodservice channels
* Build and manage relationships with wholesalers, distributors and foodservice operators
* Drive pull-through within wholesale partners including Brakes and other RTM distributors
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across hospitality, cafés, hotels, leisure and contract catering
* Increase visibility, availability and rate of sale across customer accounts
* Support activations, sampling and trade events
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback
* Deliver revenue, distribution and KPI targets
* Provide regular forecasting and pipeline reporting
Skills & Experience
Essential
* FMCG sales experience
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Proven track record of delivering sales growth
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Highly organised and self‑motivated
* Comfortable working within a fast‑growth challenger brand
Desirable
* Foodservice experience
* Wholesale and RTM experience
* Existing industry contacts
* Soft drinks or beverages experience
* Experience working with chilled products and chilled‑chain distribution networks
