Job Scope:
We are looking to recruit a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join us at one of the brands of Catalyst Care Group Nurseline Community Services.
As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality care by leading clinical oversight, supporting clinicians, and upholding CQC standards. The Community Psychiatric Nurse will demonstrate value to commissioners through evidence-based reporting, measurable outcomes, and clear communication.
Your focus will include mentoring and upskilling clinicians, promoting wellbeing, and ensuring they feel confident and supported in their practice. With expertise in crisis management, care planning, and risk assessment, the Community Psychiatric Nurse will help drive continuous quality improvements and contribute to the success and growth of our services.

Do you have?
* Bachelors degree in Nursing.
* Registered Nurse qualification.
* Proven experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse, ideally in community or mental health settings.
* Additional qualification or certification in psychiatric nursing, with training in crisis intervention and management.
* Strong clinical and assessment skills, leadership experience, and the ability to support and mentor clinical teams.
* Confidence in conducting dynamic risk assessments, developing care plans, and reporting outcomes to commissioners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A valid driving licence.
