Role Responsibilities
3. Carry out technical, managerial and design related tasks
4. Responsible for monitoring and reviewing internal performance/output
5. Effective team management to ensure key deadlines are met
6. Carry out structural analysis tasks (implementation of Euro codes)
7. Maintain healthy client relations, constantly briefing and updating
8. Provide quality feedback and technical suggestions throughout conceptual design processes
9. Be fully supportive of the management team and hierarchy
10. Support and manage team members in India
Requirements
Education:
11. Degree in structural/civil engineering (Bachelors or Masters) or equivalent
12. Chartered engineer status beneficial
Essential skills and experience:
13. Minimum 1-2 years experience in structural design
14. UK working experience
15. Extensive knowledge of BS and Euro codes
16. Effective team manager
17. Organised and methodical approach
18. Effective communicator
19. Strong work ethic
20. Candid manner
21. Able to manage multiple projects/tasks
22. High level of English (written & oral)
