Annual Salary: £28,200- £40,100(pro-rata, subject to qualifications, skills, and experience) Location: Surrey

Hours 8:45am - 5:00pm
Day-to-day of the role of a Travel and Tourism Lecturer:
Deliver engaging and informative lectures in Travel, Tourism, and Aviation to students at various levels.
Develop and update the curriculum to reflect the latest trends and demands of the industry.
Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to promote learning and improvement.
Participate in the development of teaching materials and learning resources.
Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports student success.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching strategy and departmental objectives.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry standards and teaching methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Relevant degree or professional qualification in Travel, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching or training within the sector.
Strong passion for education and the ability to inspire students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and implement effective curriculum and assessment methods.
