Your new role As Hygiene Manager, you will lead a team of 12 hygiene operatives to ensure the site maintains exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards. Working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, you'll be responsible for managing cleaning schedules, overseeing hygiene procedures, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and customer expectations. You'll also play a key role in training, team development, and driving improvements in hygiene practices.
