The Job People are looking for a Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established Logistics company in Leamington Spa.
We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.
Full time work only. We do not have any part time roles.
Previous order picking experience is advantageous - using RF Scanners & paper picking.
Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative:
Fixed AM Shift
Fixed PM Shift
Monday to Friday
4 on 4 off - 12 hour days and nights
Flex required from time to time, start an hour earlier, or stay an hour later, depending on the customer requirements.
Opportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.Pay Rates for Warehouse Operative:
£12.30 per hour 8am - 5pm
£12.50 per hour 5am - 1pm
£13.50 per hour 1pm - 9pm
£14.45 per hour 7am - 4pm
£12.81-£13.60 per hour for Industrial Cleaning - 4 on 4 off 12 hour Days and Nights
Overtime paid at various overtime rates
Opportunity for a full time contract after 12 weeksDuties as a Warehouse Operative in Leamington Spa:
Order picking & packing using pick sheets & scanners
Support the production line
Stacking stock onto palletts / wrap / label
Achieve targets
Support the operation with the moving of stock and pallets in the warehouse
Support the goods in function - booking in deliveries, allocating pallet space and locations
Have a keen eye for detail and ensure no mistakes are made
Order picking and packing a variety of goods using an RF Scanner.
Checking customer orders and ensuring 100% accuracy
Stock checking and stock put away.
Load / Unload vehicles
Role requires you to stand on your feet for long periods of time and some heavy lifting of boxed goods.
