Job Title: Customer Service and Administration Assistant
Premier Recruitment Solutions is working with a privately owned company specializing in the manufacturing of Polythene Packaging. They are currently the fastest-growing business within the industry and are looking to recruit into their customer service department.
We are seeking an experienced multi-tasker who is excited about working in a varied role. This position involves responsibilities such as customer service, administration, order processing, and assisting the Directors with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing customer orders
2. Answering phone enquiries
3. Liaising with other departments
4. Maintaining up-to-date records
5. Providing cover during annual leave or illness across departments
6. Adapting quickly and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
7. Using IT tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) effectively
8. Demonstrating good numeracy and literacy skills
9. Working proactively and independently
