Overview
The qualified candidate will support Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) Business Area by validating the successful integration and performance of Physical Access Systems comprising of, but not limited to; Authentication Credentials and services (Physical and Mobile), Authentication Devices, Access Control Devices and Device/System Management.
Responsibilities
* Conduct testing of physical access control products, address and resolve customer-reported issues, report bugs, and create and execute test plans and test cases.
* Perform black box and automation testing.
* Set up and maintain the testing environment in the lab, including Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.
* Validate and troubleshoot issues, provide information to the development team, and assist in resolving them.
* Conduct regression testing before release.
* Communicate effectively regarding issues, objectives, initiatives, and processes to plan.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, Android, iOS.
* Working knowledge of networking, switches, routers etc.
