We're seeking an experienced PMO Manager to provide robust, risk‑based governance and drive consistent, high‑quality programme delivery across a strategically significant portfolio. You'll set the standards for how schemes are identified, planned, tracked and reported—ensuring benefits are realised while safeguarding patient and staff safety and the quality of service provision.
Working in a matrix environment, you will partner with executive, clinical, operational and corporate leaders to maintain a standardised governance framework, embed clear processes, templates and reporting, surface quality impact and delivery risks early, and raise any concerns appropriately. You will also work closely with Analytics and Insights to use data to identify opportunities and demonstrate impact.
If you bring excellent facilitation and negotiation skills, strong programme leadership, a "can‑do" approach, and a sound understanding of NHS finance, we'd love to hear from you—safe, kind and excellent in all you do.
