Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2
* Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, using this data to inform future planning and interventions
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe and excited to learn
* Establish high expectations for behaviour, learning and personal development
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, trips and enrichment activities
* Be committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
* Is a qualified teacher (QTS required)
* Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (ideally Year 4, but not essential)
* Demonstrates strong classroom management and an inclusive approach to learning
* Is a confident communicator and team player
* Has a thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective assessment practices
* Is passionate about education and committed to every child's progress and well-being
