Stephen James Consulting are partnering with an expanding Adult Specialist Care provider to recruit an experienced Service Manager, based in Godalming, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of a complex care service

Lead, inspire, and develop the clinical and support teams

Ensure safe, person-centred, and compliant care delivery

Maintain robust governance, quality assurance, and CQC compliance

Oversee budgets, staffing, and performance to ensure sustainability
To be considered for this role, you will need:
*
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Registered or Service Manager within Complex Care, Mental Health, or Hospital settings – Essential
*
Skilled in leading teams and managing challenging behaviours
*
Proven track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
*
Experience in financial management, data analysis, and service development
*
Resilient, proactive, and able to balance operational and clinical priorities
