Job Title: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
Location: Leicester
Pay Rate: 105 per day
Working Pattern: Full-time (5 days a week)
Start Date: ASAP
Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded primary school in Leicester, who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HLTA who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing and inclusive primary school environment.
Responsibilities
* Supporting teaching and learning across all year groups, including delivering lessons when required
* Leading small group interventions and providing targeted support
* Assisting with planning and assessment in collaboration with teaching staff
* Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment for all pupils
* Upholding safeguarding procedures and school policies
Requirements
* HLTA qualification (essential)
* Experience working in UK primary schools (essential)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting children's learning
