Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Work Schedule: Choose between 4 days (36 hours) or 5 days (40 hours) per week
Salary: £13.01 per hour + a fantastic £400 Qualification Recognition Bonus!

Our nursery operates from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and we require flexibility to work varied shifts within these hours.
Your Role: Key Responsibilities
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
* Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
* Build strong professional relationships and report any concerns to management.
* Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
*Please note that duties may evolve, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
* Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English
* Desirable: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years
* Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS
