As an Assistant RoomService Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our guestsreceive top-tier service in the comfort of their rooms. This pivotal roleinvolves overseeing the daily operations of our room service department, whereyou’ll work closely with senior management and lead a team of dedicatedprofessionals. Responsibilities
* Overseethe daily room service operations to ensure efficient and high-quality servicedelivery.
* Ensureall room service areas meet our exceptional standards of cleanliness,presentation, and organisation.
* Work closelywith other departments to guarantee smooth operations and enhance guestsatisfaction.
* Lead,inspire, and support your team, fostering a positive environment based onteamwork, mutual respect, and open communication.
* Addressguest enquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly, aiming for swiftresolution and high satisfaction.
* Monitorinventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage stock levels with theprocurement team.
* Collaboratewith senior management to develop and implement strategies that exceed guestexpectations.
* Upholdcompany policies, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitationstandards through regular inspections and audits.
* Act as arepresentative of Firmdale Hotels, embodying our values and promoting our brandand services.
