As a Brand Ambassador, you have the potential to earn up to $60,000 in your first year!
Many of our top performers at Rite Window have surpassed the statewide average annual salary, earning between $70,000 and $90,000 by consistently following our proven sales process. While individual earnings vary, our structured training and support system equip driven reps for success!

About the Role
* Represent Rite Window by promoting our high-quality products and services to both prospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events.
* Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations that highlight our premium products and expert installation services.
* Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and deepen your product knowledge.
* Leverage this opportunity as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in Sales or Management.
Key Qualifications
* 1-2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively address customer needs.
* A self-starter attitude, driven to exceed goals.
* A collaborative mindset and a desire to learn from others.
* Open to traveling within the local market as needed.
* Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available.
