The Role
Apprentify are growing and are seeking six new SDRs to join their expanding sales function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to enter the world of business-to-business sales. If you thrive on building meaningful relationships, care about contributing to closing the digital skills gap, and want to smash targets and earn great commission, this role is for you. Prior experience in sales is NOT required; a tailored sales academy provided by specialist trainers will prepare you to hit the sales floor with the necessary skills.
The role of an SDR is vital to the growth of Apprentify. The focus is to generate new business appointments through outbound sales activity and to generate new sales pipeline for the Apprentify Group using outreach strategies such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling via LinkedIn, and face-to-face networking.
What you’ll be doing
* Proactively reach out to potential new clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Understand the upskilling needs of potential clients to propose appropriate apprenticeship programmes.
* Upskill yourself in AI and tech through in-house training programmes.
* Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into business appointments.
* Maintain accurate records of the sales pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot).
* Book meetings (virtual and face-to-face) to close new deals.
* Upsell and cross-sell across different Apprentify group organisations.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

* Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided.
