Senior Social and Influencer Manager - Fast-Growing D2C Wellness Brand | Hybrid, London
A high-growth D2C wellness brand is seeking a Senior Social and Influencer Manager to define, own, and scale its organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
This is a senior, strategic, and hands-on role - ideal for a social leader who thrives in fast-paced start-up environments and brings deep experience in D2C across either beauty, wellness, health, and fitness.
You’ll be responsible for building the brand’s cultural relevance online and turning social into a key driver of awareness, engagement, and community growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and leadership teams to evolve how the brand shows up, from storytelling, content creation and trends to creator partnerships and audience expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and own the organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, driving growth, engagement, and brand equity.
* Shape the brand’s social identity — setting creative direction, tone, and storytelling that reflects a premium, aspirational wellness lifestyle.
* Mentor and manage a junior social media manager and network of creators, guiding them in content planning and execution.
* Oversee content production — from ideation and briefing to creative direction and performance optimisation.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and product teams to align social with broader campaign and business goals.
* Identify trends, cultural moments, and creator partnerships to position the brand at the forefront of the wellness and fitness conversation.
* Analyse performance and audience insights, turning data into strategic recommendations and measurable outcomes.
* Champion innovation — exploring emerging platforms, tools, and formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience leading social and influencer strategies for a D2C brand in either beauty, wellness, or health.
* 5+ years’ experience managing and growing social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) with demonstrated impact on brand growth and engagement.
* Strong creative and strategic leadership — able to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven insights.
* Experience managing and mentoring junior team members or creators.
* Confident in directing and briefing content, and comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
* Strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with a premium wellness/fitness lifestyle brand.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident working with senior stakeholders.
* Data-informed yet highly creative; curious, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced growth.
Salary & Benefits
* £55,000 – £65,000, depending on experience.
* Full ownership of organic social strategy, content creation and creative direction.
