Overview: Join a forward‑thinking think‑tank dedicated to applying blockchain to climate change. We are looking for a motivated Legal Assistant to support research, document management, and administrative tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Conduct legal research and summarize findings
* Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents such as contracts
* Maintain the legal department’s database and filing system
* Draft correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage calendars
* Coordinate team meetings and keep minutes
* Help prepare presentations and workshops
* Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments around blockchain and climate change
Requirements
Education & Training:
* Bachelor’s degree in law or related field
Skills & Abilities:
* Excellent English writing skills and professional communication
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Excellent verbal communication
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Self‑directed and able to manage multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Familiarity with legal research databases and tools
* Knowledge of blockchain technology and/or climate change preferred
* Previous experience in a legal or administrative role a plus
General & Specialist Knowledge:
* Strong interest in climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Selection Process
Applicants will complete the following assessment:
1. Section A: Verbal and Numerical Reasoning (20 MCQs)
2. Section B: Situation Judgement Test (20 MCQs)
3. Section C: In‑Tray Exercise (open‑ended assessment)
Successful candidates will be invited to a phone screening, first interview, and final online interview.
